Ruth holds a degree from Cal Poly, Pomona, and attended San Luis Beauty College. She is certified in Redken Color Fusion, Redken Shades EQ Color Gloss and Scrupples Blazing Highlight System. She excels in cuts, color, perms, scalp massage, blow dry styling, and special occasion styling.
